Adam started working in live events in the early 90s. During this time, he has worked as a Stage Technician, Rigger, Project and Installation Manager, and also in sales, equipment rental, distribution, and manufacturing, specializing in rigging for the last 20 years. He joined CHAINMASTER GmbH in early 2021, a company specializing in electric chain hoists and control systems for all aspects of the live events and entertainment business, and is now the Global Head of Sales and Business Development. He also provides customer training on the safe use, service, and repair of electric chain hoists. He is a member of the British Standards Institute, TC MHE/3/13 committee for lifting equipment for performance, broadcast, and similar applications, sitting on the CEN/TC433 WG1-machinery.
