David Khoo is the Deputy Director for Communications and Connectivity, Business & Ecosystems, Business Technology Group at IMDA. He has over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector from Systems Integration, Solution Innovation to Business Consulting. His work experience spans across MNCs like Accenture, Unisys, Mavenir and Ookla. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honours, in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University of Belfast, UK.
