Kenneth has a key role in Microsoft - Modern Work & Security Business Group, where he leads and executes Microsoft Modern Work and Security strategy across ASEAN. Kenneth also focuses on improving the go-tomarket engagement in managed segments, using insights and knowledge of secure enterprise hybrid work and collaboration trends, AI-ML automation, data analytics and usage adoption for better customer user experience and business impact.
Before joining Microsoft, Kenneth was a Partner Segment Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and helped AWS partners to develop and enhance their existing sales and marketing strategies to support AWS customers with scalable mechanisms. He collaborated with global service teams, set up partner readiness and go-tomarket models. As Head of Sales for AWS Amazon Connect Contact Centre solution (ASEAN), he was in charge of the service go-to-market, including the launch of the service in the ASEAN region in Dec 2019. Previously, he worked at Cisco Systems for 11 years as an ASEAN lead for Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Customer Journey Solutions. His duties include market development, sales management, applications, solution innovation and partner alliances.
Kenneth is an active member of Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS), where he spearheaded the first Regional Contact Centre Symposium since 2005. Kenneth is also the Chairman of CCAS since 2012.
Besides being the executive lead in CCAS, Kenneth is also one of the founding member of Contact Centre Associations of Asia Pacific (CC APAC) since February 2019.
