Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore

Ms Tan Bao Zhen is a Senior Researcher at IAL. She conducts local and international large-scale quantitative research relating to adult skills, adult education and lifelong learning, which involve stakeholders such as the Ministry of Education Singapore, SkillsFuture Singapore, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She is currently the National Sampling Manager of the national team that is implementing the second cycle of the International Survey of Adult Skills in Singapore, under the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) which is an initiative of the OECD.
