Andrew brings 40 years of industry experience in F&B/nightlife operations, marketing, events, and management to OUE Restaurants. As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew directly oversees the day to day running of the company.
Andrew has worked in a variety of roles in a variety of concepts, developing a strong foundation for the success of such businesses, which are based on 3 principles – applying a hospitality mindset to an organization (both internally and externally), adopting progressive human capital practices, and knowing how to build a strong brand. One of his key strengths is being able to review existing business units and then build teams to deliver better results for key stakeholders.
In recent years, he has expanded his network through pro-bono work with various government agencies (Ministry of Manpower, Institute of HR Professionals and the former Workforce Development Agency), trade associations (Restaurant Association of Singapore and Singapore Nightlife Business Association), and learning institutions (Republic Polytechnic and SHATEC).
Prior to OUE Restaurants, Andrew spent 9 years with The Lo & Behold Group, and before that, he was with Catalist-listed St James Holdings, operating the 70,000 sq ft multi-entertainment complex St James Power Station. Prior to St James, he was a Partner and the Regional Project Director of youth marketing agency The Filter Group, handling marketing activation projects and public relations support for clients in Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and Osaka.
He moved to Singapore in 1993 to be the Marketing Manager of Zouk (the number 1 dance club in Asia for the past 30 years) and created and produced the first ZoukOut festival in Dec 2000. From 1990 to 1993, he worked in Hong Kong for a concert promoter, staging concerts by artists such as Simply Red, Bobby Brown, Paula Abdul, and Paul Simon. Andrew was born in Sydney and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing) from the University of New South Wales; he also attended the Sydney Grammar School.

With a strong background in ride maintenance and audio-visual lighting, he has consistently ensured operational excellence and safety. His deep technical knowledge and innovative approach have contributed to the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies, enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency. Committed to delivering reliable and visually captivating experiences, Andrew continues to make valuable contributions to the ever-evolving attractions sector.
Highly accomplished AV System Designer and Consultant with over 20 years of industry experience. Currently serving as President of Integrated Systems Technologies Philippines OPC and Head Instructor at the Institute of AV Technology. Renowned for delivering cutting-edge AV solutions and comprehensive project management. Extensive experience in training and mentoring AV professionals, contributing significantly to the industry’s growth and development.
Steven Yeoh is the Technical Director of Hope Church Singapore with more than 25 years of experience in leading and managing the Live Production Ministry of his church. He is passionate about equipping and empowering church Audio Visual & Lighting engineers and technicians to serve the church in fulfilling the Great Commission together.

Worked for IT/Telco industry over twenty years, Terence has strong and board experiences on telecom industries experiences on infrastructure, product development and management, consultancy, sales and marketing. He has worked for multinational companies such as Fujitsu, Nokia, and served as the architect, consultant, product lead and head of BSS/OSS in the Asia region.
Terence has Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Engineering) in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Master of Business Administration (Information Technology Management) in Hong Kong Polytechnics University, previously certified as Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute).
Since 2018, Jackson Yeoh has been a strong advocator for the professional audiovisual and lighting technology industries, creating & establishing business opportunities for the audiovisual and lighting (AVL) industry in the Asia Pacific region.
Building on his vast experience with multiple end-user markets, Industry Associations & regional alliances and government agencies, Jackson Yeoh has successfully built the industry consortium and established the Association’s capabilities in this growing markets.

Daniel has been involved in the technical production management field for over 20 years. For the last 15 years, he has overseen the development and technical management of several performing arts venues. With this experience working with different levels of clients from large corporations, religious organizations to concert promoters, he has developed communication, organizational and technical skills that has ensured that the events and shows are delivered to clients expectations and to a high standard. He also has been involved in the church technical community in various ways - as a trainer, technical consultant and as a sound engineer to different churches and Christian events. He is currently serving in his local church as a worship leader and tech adviser. Daniel is currently the Technical Director of The Star Performing Arts Centre where he was part of the original team involved in the design, setup and commissioning of the venue. Other engagements include Technical Director at The University Cultural Centre and Operations Manager at The Production People.
