Frank Diaz
Senior Fire Services Advisor,
Fire and Emergency Services Management Institute
Frank Diaz has been in the fire services since 1985. He has served as a fire officer and Fire Services Program Manager at international locations in Europe, South America, USA and Asia.
His varied experiences include aviation, structural firefighting, war-time firefighting, fire prevention and training.
Since 2022 he has been providing training and risk reduction services in Asia as the Senior Fire Services Advisor for the Fire and Emergency Services Management Institute (FESMI) SDN BHD.
He holds a Master degree in Public Administration from Webster University, USA and is a certified per NFPA standards as a Fire Officer IV, Hazardous Materials Technician, Fire Inspector, Airport Firefighter and Fire Instructor.
